The award winning Monkey Music curricula are a good fit for each age group. Our original musical material has been written with a sound understanding of how children learn best. Rock'n'Roll for babies from 3 months
Heigh-Ho for toddlers from 12 months
Jiggety-Jig for 2 + 3 year olds
Ding-Dong for 3 + 4 year olds (We are not currently running these classes but do get in touch if you are interested as we will be holding them in the future!).

Monkey music offer award winning music classes for children from 3 months to four years. At the heart of Monkey Music is a high quality, progressive and educational music curriculum that supports every aspect of a young child’s development.

By captivating babies, toddlers and pre-school children with a winning combination of original and traditional songs, gentle dances, fascinating sounds, amazing instruments and colourful props, the children are so busy having fun that they don’t notice how much they’re learning! Children are grouped in small classes according to their age. They progress through the curriculum, developing their musical and social skills as they grow up.

If you are a nursery manager or early years leader looking for a quality activity for your children - look no further! Our and nursery and reception music classes cover all aspects of the Early Years Curriculum.

We have four different classes:

Rock’n’Roll (Babies from 3 months) Share precious time with your child; your close bond will play an important part in their future emotional and intellectual development.

Heigh-Ho (1&2 yr olds) Our Heigh-Ho children are up on their feet and raring to go! Catchy songs and upbeat sounds get everyone in the mood for singing and dancing and playing musical instruments.

Jiggety-Jig (2 & 3 yr olds) Older children have fun with their friends and develop a strong musical foundation for their future learning. Playful songs and absorbing activities practising musical skills such as rhythm and pitch!

Ding-Dong (3&4 yr olds). Ding-Dong children are now ready to learn to read music! Building on their Monkey Music foundation of rhythm, pitch, tempo and melody they now make connection between the music they hear with music that they read!
