Supporting New Parents & Families at Bibble&Bubble

Hello, I'm Megan De Kok, owner and founder of Bibble&Bubble.

For over 16 years, Bibble&Bubble has been built on one simple ethos: supporting others with genuine warmth, empathy, and understanding.

My journey began long before founding Bibble&Bubble. I spent 20 years working within Children's Services across South London and Hampshire, supporting children, young people, and families through some of life's most challenging circumstances. Throughout my career, I have worked as a Family Support Worker, established support groups for parents experiencing postnatal depression and anxiety, supported teenage parents back into education, and created safe spaces where children affected by trauma could be heard and understood.

I have also worked closely with survivors of r**e and domestic abuse, experiences that have taught me the importance of providing a non-judgemental, compassionate space where people feel respected, valued, and safe.

Alongside my professional experience, my personal journey has shaped the therapist I am today. I have experienced pregnancy loss, postnatal depression, and the emotional complexities that can accompany pregnancy and parenthood. I am also the mother of an autistic daughter and have walked the path of misunderstanding, judgement, uncertainty, and anxiety that many parents of neurodivergent children know all too well.

These experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges families face and strengthened my passion for helping others navigate them.

In addition to my extensive training and experience, I am currently in the final months of my Level 5 Psychotherapy and Counselling qualification. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist and Yoga Teacher, allowing me to offer a holistic approach that supports emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and family life.

In February 2026, I became co-owner of Manor Wellness, a beautiful and welcoming space where I now see clients. The studio offers a calm environment where children can be creative, discover their strengths, and develop confidence, while parents can enjoy a coffee, feel genuinely heard, and receive the support they deserve.

The transition into parenthood can be wonderful, but it can also be incredibly challenging.

As a therapist, yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner and Nursery Nurse with over 25 years of experience supporting parents and families, I understand both the professional and personal realities of this journey.

My own experiences of pregnancy loss, postnatal depression and anxiety have given me a deep understanding of how overwhelming early parenthood can feel. Those experiences have shaped the compassionate, non-judgemental way I work with clients today.

I believe that emotional wellbeing involves both mind and body. Alongside talking therapy, I may incorporate mindfulness, breathing techniques and gentle movement where appropriate, helping you reconnect with yourself during a time that can often feel exhausting and isolating.

I also bring my experience as a trained Nursery Nurse into my work, offering support around infant sleep and feeding. These practical challenges can have a huge impact on emotional wellbeing, and I am able to integrate both ther**eutic and practical support within our sessions.
