Sweat paid in full ๐ฆ and another tough one in the bag ๐ค
Less than 8 weeks for my first Hyrox event in London ๐ฌ๐ง mixed feelings about itโฆ
Excited, nervous bit anxious. But Iโve heard nothing but positive things about it!
My coach once told me this; which I believe is such a valuable lesson to whatever youโre working towards.

Hereโs why youโve not achieved your fat loss goals this yearโฆ
You see, for someone to achieve a body they are proud of they think they need to be focusing onโฆ
๐ Clean eating only
๐ Training 5+ times a week
๐ Cutting out alcohol completely
When in fact, they donโt.
Now whilst these things DO help - itโs not the deal breaker for dropping dress sizes and feeling amazing in yourself.
What you should be focusing on is creating a lifestyle that benefits your overall health.
Iโm not just talking physically here, Iโm talking mentally to.
A lifestyle you can sustain long term and make as part of your identity not just for the short run or quick fix.
Because when you focus on this - thatโs when fast loss happensโฆ for life.
So hereโs a gentle reminder that if youโre not currently not where you want to be within body, mindset and lifestyleโฆ

I think iโll wait until after Christmasโฆ
This was said to me on my last call.
I challenged this of course, because is there ever really a โright timeโ for anything?
I mean there isnโt!
Now thereโs nothing wrong with waiting until the new year to get after your fat loss goals.
But ask yourself. Is the life you're living actually doing anything for how you want to look and how you want to feel?
Because letโs be honest with ourselves, if it really mattered to youโฆ
You wouldn't waste another day.

90 days may not seem like a lot of timeโฆ
โฆbut lives are changed dramatically in this blink of an eye ๐คฉ
The craziest thing is, it doesnโt require extreme methods either.
In fact, I can almost guarantee that youโve taken MORE extreme methods than these incredible clients in one diet or another.
Each and everyone of these incredible clients lost 15+lbs in their first 90 days inside the coaching program.

I see this in a lot of men.
Their younger days are full of challenge/competition
Then adulthood kicks in; with kids, added life stresses, and work demands that completely take over.
Leaving absolutely no time or anything really for themselves.

Hereโs how Dan managed to drop 30 lbs of body fat WITHOUT having to give up his social life ๐คฏ
Dan is in the ambulance service, working shifts always struggling with finding the time and when he did, his energy was tanked.
Heโd tried multiple diets, endless cardio and attempting to go it alone.

A chat Iโve had a fair few times over this month.
Look, it takes a lot to step up and admit this, the ownership starts with you being honest with yourself.
This is Rich, he felt uncomfortable wearing a shirt into work, constantly checking it was tucked in, you know what I mean.
This resulted in low self-esteem and confidence was at an all time low, which as you can imagine was having a huge impact on his overall life.
But not anymore.
Things have totally flipped around ๐๐
We had to completely re-design his life systems and put the right strategies and systems in place for him to take back control.
He needed the accountability, support and guidance to make a change.
