I have a lot of questions about how business coaching works.

I specialise in the aesthetics industry so I only help aesthetics business owners.
I offer a combination of approaches. This is designed for your clinic needs.

*A visit to your clinic to see where changes can be made to improve patient experience. This can be offered as a ‘secret shopper’ experience.

*A deep dive into your business model to ensure this is still working well for you

*weekly meetings to discuss any issues and offer solutions. This helps to keep us accountable and is a very important part of our coaching method.

* Quaterly networking events with effective training. Being an aesthetics owner can be isolating. We feel often see successful businesses and think we are the only ones struggling. Networking is important for sharing ideas, understanding different issues that other clinics may be facing and offering eachother solutions.

*An invitation to our membership WhatsApp group for ongoing support. I’m active on this every day.

Coaching isn’t about marketing. It is to support your clinic to be the best it can be. Even if you work from home. We can all make small improvements that make a big difference.

Remember, aesthetics is a hugely growing industry. More and more people are choosing self care and to be the best they can be. It is more affordable and accessible for patients than ever before.
To be able to offer safe and effective care for our patients is my priority. To be able to help other clinic owners and aesthetics professionals to grow a successful and safe clinic with a great reputation is my mission.
