Next Steps Tutoring

Spaces still available for maths tutoring this academic year.

Tutoring can be used throughout secondary as a boost, in preparation for SATS or at GCSE to achieve a grade 4 or 5.

Each session is tailored to your child and focuses on bridging the gaps in learning to allow them to achieve.

Sessions are £35 an hour.

One of my student’s amazing progress in her writing, from the beginning of September to the end of November! I thought it deserved a huge shout out as she has worked so hard.

This student has dyslexia and struggles to get what she’s thinking down on the page, without muddling some words and letters.

I would like to welcome everyone to Next Steps Tutoring business page.

I am a tutor that offers individual, tailored, 1:1 sessions to address your child’s area of difficulty in different subject areas. These tailored sessions will build up your child’s knowledge, allowing them to feel confident and further excel in class.

I offer sessions tailored towards SATS prep, bridging the gap between primary and secondary, reading and writing, and SEN (special educational needs) differentiated sessions.

A little background on me, I have a primary teaching degree and currently work in a secondary school as an intervention teacher for SEN children. This entails delivering differentiated Maths and English sessions, to meet pupils’ learning needs 😊
