We offer sailing courses, yacht charters, and professional maritime training from our base in the beautiful harbour town of Falmouth, Cornwall. RYA Coastal Skipper/Yachtmaster Theory | 5–10 October

Designed for experienced skippers, this advanced six-day course develops the knowledge needed to navigate safely on coastal and offshore passages.

You’ll cover position fixing, course shaping and plotting, tides, electronic position-finding equipment, meteorology, collision regulations, cruising abroad and more.

The course develops your theoretical knowledge to the standard required for the Yachtmaster Coastal and Yachtmaster Offshore practical exams.

Working towards your RYA Yachtmaster Coastal or Offshore qualification?

Our RYA Yachtmaster Coastal & Offshore Exam Preparation Training & Exam runs from 4–11 October, giving experienced sailors the opportunity to fine-tune their skills and prepare for the practical examination.

Throughout the week, you’ll work on areas of the syllabus including boat handling, navigation, pilotage, passage planning and skippering techniques, with training tailored to the needs of those on board.
