My name is Jo and I’m a certified yoga teacher and women’s facilitator. I offer nourishing somatic practices that help women reconnect with their bodies. Offering intuitive movement practices to explore the body on a deeper level. I’ve been practicing yoga for 13 years and teaching for 7 years. I completed my 200 hours back in 2017, and earlier this year I trained in an enquiry-based teaching course.
My approach blends mindful movement and self enquiry. I have also completed a women’s facilitation training course, which has helped me better support women on their journeys to self-empowerment and embodiment. This training equipped me with powerful tools to create safe, supportive spaces where women can dive deep into their emotional and physical well-being. It emphasises practices that awaken feminine energy, promote authentic expression, and reconnect women with their innate power and wisdom.
Through my classes and circles I bring women together to not only reconnect with their bodies but also to foster a sense of community and sisterhood. By incorporating somatic practices, breathwork, and self-inquiry, I encourage women to explore movement as a way to release tension, embrace joy, and deepen their connection with both themselves, others and their environment.
