This year's harvest so far. Everything here has been grown from seed and the children have loved checking the veg and watching everything grow. This little project was started in early spring and we are finally seeing the rewards. Can you spot our little pumpkin that will hopefully be much bigger in time for Halloween 🎃☺️
What a wonderful project this has been and will continue to be. We have grown, courgettes, many varieties of tomatoes, runner beans, cucumber, sweet peppers and of course our pumpkins. We've had no luck with the broccoli ( the caterpillars enjoyed those, but again a wonderful learning opportunity to see a butterfly life cycle up close)

🐮 🐐 🐷 🌾 🌺 Stithians Show- One of our favourite days of the year. The children see and experience so many real life opportunities and it's such a happy,wonderful celebration of local agriculture. The children really loved visiting all the animals and watching them being cared for. 🐮🐐🐷🌾🌺

Our little Puddle Hunters had a wonderful windy day at paradise park today. It was so lovely to have the sunshine back, we definitely made the most of it. We love our visits to the children get to explore, learn and experience up close encounters with the animals and it's really brought to life our topic of spring 🌼🌱 🐑 🐐

🌱🌿🐸 We loved exploring some of Trebah Gardens today, the children even spotted frogspawn- beautiful signs that spring is on its way 🌱🌿🐸
