Cornwall’s most colourful, family-friendly 5k turns 10 this summer so join in and cross the finish line with flying colours as Children’s Hospice South West celebrate 10 years of Rainbow Run on Saturday 15 June at RAF St Mawgan, Newquay.
Rainbow Run is open to anyone over 5 years old. You can run, skip, walk or jog with family, friends or work colleagues. However you choose to take part, you will be showered in powder paint at 7 different coloured stations and will be making a difference every step of the way.
As well as making colourful, happy memories, you will be raising vital funds for Children’s Hospice South West - by taking part you are pledging to raise at least £25 and an Individual and at least £70 as a family.

In the spirit of compassion and community, our incredible Engagement & Progression Officer at Falmouth Marine School has responded to a heartfelt request from the NHS 🩺

After seeing an online plea for warm hats for hospice patients, Tam made the decision to donate 17 hand knitted beanie hats to bring warmth and comfort to those undergoing treatment. 🧤🧶

Falmouth Marine School is not just about building careers; it's about nurturing compassionate leaders who make a positive impact on the world. This donation is a small yet powerful example of the difference we can make when we come together - this is the start of an ongoing project for our students to get involved with and make a change 🤍
