Falkland House School is an independent school that is one of Scotland's top providers of education and care to boys with additional support needs. This includes those on the autistic spectrum, with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, ADHD and Tourette’s syndrome. They may find it difficult to cope in a mainstream educational environment. Their difficulties might also impact on interp
ersonal relationships in other aspects of their lives, particularly with their peer group and at home. We provide residential and day places to boys from early primary to aged 18. Residential placements of both 39 weeks and 52 weeks are offered, and we cater for as many different circumstances as possible. We take boys from all regions in Scotland and the rest of the UK. They are received through referral by a local authority or from parents finding out about the school and contacting us directly.
