Coco’s Moo Music is not only great fun for children, but for parents and carers too. Music is an essential part of every child’s development and our songs are positive, uplifting, fun and educational. Our interactive sensory sessions will help your child gain confidence and develop memory, language and coordination skills in an exciting, enjoyable and multi-sensory way. We Sing! We Moove! We Play! 🐮 Why does repetition matter so much?

Does your wee one want to listen to the same song over and over… or watch the same programme for what feels like the 147th time? 😂

There’s a reason for that.

Little ones LOVE knowing what comes next.

Hearing the same songs, seeing familiar actions and following a similar class routine helps everything start to feel safe, predictable and familiar.

And that familiarity is where confidence starts to grow.

The first time, they might just watch.

The next time, they might recognise the song.

Then one day, they’re suddenly doing the action before I’ve even started it 😂

Repetition helps with:

🎶 Memory
🗣️ Language and communication
👏 Coordination and actions
💜 Confidence
👀 Listening and anticipation
✨ Understanding routines and what comes next

It can sometimes feel like “we’ve done this song before”…

But to a wee one, that’s often exactly the point.

They’re not getting bored they’re building on what they already know.

And there’s something lovely about watching that little moment when you can see them think…

That’s absolutely fine.

Some little ones love to get involved straight away, some like to watch first, some dip in and out, and some take a little longer to feel comfortable.

There’s no “right” way to take part in a Moo class.

Your wee one might be joining in with every song, quietly watching, exploring the room, copying little bits here and there, or simply taking everything in.

It all counts.

Children learn in different ways and at different speeds, and one of the nicest things about class is watching their confidence grow as everything starts to feel familiar.

So please don’t worry about what anyone else’s child is doing.

Your wee one is doing just fine being themselves. 💜🐮

✨ 3 CLASSES FOR £16 ✨

If you’re brand new to Moo, I always recommend giving yourself and your wee one three classes to really get a feel for it.

Why three?

Because every baby and toddler is different.

Some wee ones come in on week one and are straight in dancing, exploring, shaking everything in sight and living their best Moo life 😂

Others prefer to sit back, watch, take it all in and work out exactly what’s going on before they join in.

And both are completely normal.

Over those first three classes, you both get a chance to:

💜 Get to know me
🎶 Recognise the songs and music
🐮 Get used to the format of the class
✨ Become familiar with the room and activities
🥰 Build confidence and feel more settled

By that third class, I usually find children are starting to recognise what’s coming next and feel much more comfortable joining in.

5 years ago I was offering baby spa sessions and then never quite got it off the ground… (photos from then, these babies are now at school 😂😂)

So Ive just signed up to a new course… so let’s
see if I get it going this time round.

I will be needing volunteers to help me pass my assessment work…
