If you are living with any type of arthritis (such as: osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis) or with fibromyalgia, lupus, gout, a gentle yoga π§ββοΈ(for example my Chair exercises πͺ) can be a powerful tool for finding relief and reclaiming your movement π€.
My classes involves gentle movements (no sudden exercises π΅βπ« , jumps or floor work π
) and that may help you with:
*Reducing βοΈ joint pain and stiffness,
*Improving flexibility, range of movement (ROM),
*Strengthening the muscles π¦Ύ,
*Promoting the movement of synovial fluids, which lubricates joints (please see π photo for reference),
*Reducing stress ππ΅π€― and therefore to manage pain better;
If you are coming to my classes πyou already know, how important it is to lubricate your joints π¦Ώπ¦Ύ. Thanks to that you will reduce βοΈ inflammation in them and therefore you will manage symptoms of arthritis and pain much better π.
It's important to keep full range of movement in all of your joints as well and I talk not only about legs, but shoulders and arms mainly here as we tend to forget about them π.

If you are interested in joining me in my classes I still have spaces in my Chair exercises πͺon β Tuesdays (6p.m.) and Fridays (4.30p.m.).
However, if you feel that you are able to go down to the floor then you can always come to my Yoga π§ββοΈ instead on βTuesdays (6p.m.) or Fridays (5.30p.m.)

Ah the weather may not be the best yet and it's still quite hard to motivate yourself to go out π, I know it well myself... π«©
However, if you are looking for a new activities and exercises that will make you go out, then Yoga π§ or Chair exercises πͺ may be for you.
You don't need to be flexible or fit to do any of them, you just have to be keen to start them π₯°.
It's also okay to be scared and intimidated to come to the new class, however can I just say that I've got the best and the most welcoming people in all of my groups? You won't be disappointed when meeting them ππππ.

Weather, dark days and January are those factors that make people go: "eh, I don't feel going out today at all". Just to say it lightly π«£π...
I do and feel that as well, especially after all the housework, my other work, shopping and basically living the life π΅βπ«, but then I feel so much better after my own classes and exercises and when seeing all of my lovely people π€©π₯°πβ£οΈ
