GSMA Korean kickboxing classes for juniors and seniors.

A good session with the juniors working with the kickshields using hand and feet combinations, and also on their fitness levels, preparing them for the upcoming coloured belt grading 🥊

For the senior class, we were working on bag work, 2 to each bag doing two minute rounds while everyone else was working on core strength training.

Want to get really fit 💪
