Another good week on the mats . Well done to Emma for winning the first trophy of the year for the best performed pattern of January . We also had a visitor tonight, thanks to Ian Almond for coming along to train tonight.

Central Kempo ju-jitsu held the Shin Ga Do national grading today in Maddiston Community Centre .
It was an excellent day for all of central's members, everyone passed.
A special mention for James Moonie as he was promoted to 6th Dan.

Busy night on the mats, good to see so many back after the school holidays. We are now working towards our next grading which will be in Maddiston Community Centre on Saturday 1st November.
