🎹 WHAT MAKES BRIAN HURREN MUSIC ACADEMY SPECIAL? 🎸

There are lots of places to learn an instrument. So why choose BHMA?

Here are just a few things that make us different… 👇

✨ ONE INSTRUMENT OR SEVERAL
Unsure which instrument to learn? That's okay! Want to focus on guitar? Great. Want to combine guitar and drums? Or keyboards and production? Students can work on one or more instruments in a structured way.

✨ NO NEED TO BRING AN INSTRUMENT!
We have professional-quality instruments, equipment and music technology for our students to use. Just turn up and make music!

✨ LEARN FROM EXPERIENCED MUSICIANS
In Falkirk, Brian Hurren teaches every lesson himself. Brian is a professional multi-instrumentalist, producer and former member of legendary Scottish band Runrig, with decades of real-world experience as a musician.

In Stirling, you'll learn with our fantastic tutor Cameron, and you'll see the same tutor every week, giving you consistency and allowing your tutor to really get to know your playing.

✨ LEARN TO PLAY LIKE A MUSICIAN
Our group lessons aren't just about learning notes. Students have the opportunity, if they want it (some students prefer to work alone and that's fine too!), to play together, create music, make friends and learn from each other, building creativity, confidence, teamwork and musicality along the way.

✨ AN AMAZING MUSIC FACILITY
Our students have access to fantastic instruments, professional equipment and our music studio, where they can even record their progress!

✨ STRUCTURED BUT FUN
We use the Rock & Pop syllabus, so students can work towards Trinity exams if they want to, but exams are absolutely not compulsory. You can simply learn because you love music!

✨ Students can also explore music production and music theory.

And we've been doing it for over 15 years, with thousands of happy students who've gone on to do some amazing things in the music industry.

At BHMA, we're not just teaching instruments. We're helping people become musicians. 🎶
