In a deviation from the normal broadcast I’ve got a few kits and odds and ends (snares,cymbals stands, cases etc) that I’m selling on.

Some are old shop stock items, some are personal items I no longer have a use for and some are refurbishment jobs I’ve eventually got around to finishing up.
Some items I’ve just not got round to listing yet! 😮‍💨

All are sensibly priced and I’m always open to an offer - not one that embarrasses both of us - so if there’s any interest just give me a shout.

Similarly if there’s something you’re looking for send a message as I might just have something that fits the bill!

Please don’t just ‘turn up’ if you’re ‘just passing’ but rather arrange a wee visit and I’ll happily let you demo any of this equipment.

Still thinking about this moment from Richard Spaven’s masterclass in Berlin.

A deceptively simple phrasing idea turned into an exploration of groove, creativity and musical possibility. The room was completely locked in as Richard demonstrated just how far one concept can go.

This is what is so great about these events—those moments when you can almost see the lightbulbs switching on around the room.

Had the pleasure of a visit from on Saturday past.
For those not in the know, Iain was long term drummer of legendary Scottish Rock band Runrig 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

When I booked Berlin Drum Days 2026, I expected four days of exceptional drumming and world-class education.

What I didn’t expect was just how inspiring, inclusive and genuinely uplifting the experience would be.

From sharing the stage with fellow attendees to learning from some incredible musicians and educators, it turned out to be a weekend I’ll never forget.

What an awesome day out Libbi and I had at Larbert High Schools Christmas Fayre.

With a compact setup we were there to Rock and with a lot of participation from the attendees Rock We Did!!! 🤘

From toddlers having their first bash to adults having their first shot of drums in 20 years and everything in between it was our pleasure to put a bit groove into the event.
