Tuesday 6.30- 7.30 Boxing
Thursday 7.30 - 9PM MMA beginners
Friday 6.30 - 8pm MMA beginners
Saturday 12-1 BOXING
Saturday 1-2 MMA beginners
Sunday 11-12 Fight Sparring (£5)
Sunday 12 - 1.30 BJJ beginners

How much does it cost?

£5 per class
Monthly membership £35 (exc. Fight Sparring)

What to expect?

BOXING🥊 - the art of fist fighting. You will learn practical skills for self defense and sporting success. Classes consist of learning technique on bags, fitness and optional play sparring. Will you be the next Tyson Fury?

MMA beginners 🦄 - the art of mixed combat. Think Conor Mcgregor . Easily the most fun way to get fit in 2020. You'll learn the essential moves and how to use them safely. Everything at your own pace.

BJJ beginners 🥋 - the art of submission holds. Known as the 'gentle art', it is the most beginner friendly option at BCA. Great for both Women and Men's self defense. No striking. No throws. Just rolling on the floor. You will learn submission holds and how to escape them.

Fight Sparring 🤡 - this is for more confident students who want to test their skills. If competitive MMA is what you're looking for, these classes are for you.

SAFETY IS #1 PRIORITY IN ALL OUR CLASSES. We believe that martial arts should add to your life, not take away from it. WE GUARANTEE A SAFE AND COMFORTABLE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL STUDENTS. Sometimes even a little fun.
