We are really looking forward to seeing you for enrolment tomorrow. Below is a reminder of what you need to do.
Enrolment Day:
Date: 20th August 2026
Time: Any time between 9 am- 12pm and 1pm - 3pm
Location: Fakenham Sixth Form, Field Lane, Fakenham, NR21 9QT.
What to Bring:
1. ID: If we haven't checked your child's ID yet, please bring it with you. (This can be a UK Passport or Birth Certificate).
2. Admissions/Enrolment Forms: Admission form is all online from this year - please complete via this link: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/CuUrfdT8d4 or scan the QR Code on arrival at Enrolment Day.
3. Signed local visit consent form from your admissions pack.
4. Your exam results for us to copy.
5. Money for the Student Association Fund: Full details are in the welcome pack. For Level 3 students this is £10 for the two years; this can be paid by card or Apple Pay on the day.
The morning of enrolment can get very busy, so be ready to wait or consider coming in the afternoon when it’s less crowded. You will be allocated an appointment card on arrival and will be called in order by the staff member you are allocated to see.
Enrolment day is a special day, and we will discuss every student’s grades and subject choices with them. There will be staff around to help and answer any questions you or your child might have.
Our SENDCo will also be available to discuss any educational needs your child might have to ensure they make the best start possible to Year 12.
Please note that due to the roadworks on the top of field lane, we recommend parents either drive up Field Lane from Wells Road or through North Park to access the school.
