🌟 HUGE congratulations 👏🎉 to our Y11 students who received their GCSE and vocational results today. The results mark another important milestone for Fakenham Academy, marking the fourth consecutive year of improved outcomes across the school and enabling our young people to progress successfully onto the next steps in their lives. We also enjoyed welcoming a large number of these students and students from other school into our Sixth Form at enrolment today. These achievements don’t happen in isolation and we would like to thank the hard working staff and supportive families that have enabled these young people to succeed. 👍

A reminder that GCSE results will be available for collection from Fakenham Academy Hall from 9:00am – if you arrive before this, you will be able to wait in the canteen. Staff will be on hand throughout the morning to celebrate successes and provide guidance, and advice to students as they receive their results.
Please note that due to the roadworks on the top of field lane, we recommend parents either drive-up Field Lane from Wells Road or through North Park to access the school.

Fakenham Sixth Form enrolment will also begin at 9:00am. Students who have already applied are encouraged to follow the enrolment guide that has been sent to them. If students have not yet applied but are now interested in joining our Sixth Form, they are very welcome to come along and speak with the team about their options.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow and celebrating our students' achievements.

CEW London's Calling
A great day in London yesterday. We had a tour at the Globe Theatre with a fun workshop. Then we had an exciting bus tour showing us the sights, before we headed to Pizza Express for our pre-show meal. Finished the day with an awesome performance of Wicked at the Apollo Theatre! The students have been fab!

Our students have been enjoyed an incredible trip to London, culminating in a visit to the award-winning West End musical Wicked.

CEW - PGL Trip
What an amazing few days we have had at PGL. From the big swing, to canoeing, fencing to archery everyone has learnt a new skill. We even managed to watch the football, although not the result we had hoped for. Everyone is looking forward to their final activities today!
