I was always reluctant to hire an apprentice, but this little guy assures me he is ‘good at skirting boards’ whatever that means!

Yes I am now the father of a human child. Just what I needed towards the end of this week, working in the muggy heat, is the old paint layer to lift as soon as the roller hit it!

This is usually due to poor prep when it was first plastered, unfortunately something i see very often! poor quality emulsion for the mist coat or completely missing the mist coat, if you’ll pardon the pun😮‍💨 🥵 ☀️
