Tomorrow is the last day of little stars 🌟 it has been a very emotional week , I have never felt sad but excited for new adventures all at the same time before?
We have been having a really fun week making it a little more special!
Today we went swimming to Berwick then had a picnic at the park.
Yesterday we went to spittal park then fun in the garden.
Monday we went to Dunbar park joined in with an egg trail and McDonalds for lunch! Finished off with Easter egg hunt & crafts in the garden 🥰
Tomorrow beach fun and ice cream treats 🏖️
Thank you to all my families for trusting me to take care of your children and helping me become the person I am today. I really will miss every single one of you who has been part of little stars you all have a very special place in my heart ❤️ Lisa x

Apologies it is late
Fun this week Easter theme has began!
Monday - AM- spittal park
PM- big park & some iPad time!
Tuesday- AM- busy bees (last time) PM- Easter baking & messy play (gloop)
Wednesday- AM- Easter crafts /messy play
PM- Arcade then ice creams & (sandy park -if we have time)
Thursday-AM sandy park & finish Easter crafts PM arcade & ice creams
Some of my after school children last week so extra special treats!

The last couple of weeks 😀

This is a post that I honestly didn’t think I would be saying…..
however after 6.5 AMAZING YEARS AS LISA’S LITTLE STARS 🌟
It’s the end of an era 🥲 this is a decision that was not taking lightly but it is something I need to do for myself and my family.
Don’t worry I will still be working with lots of little children 🥰 after 12 years working with children it’s not going to stop!
Back into a nursery setting , I am feeling very emotional to leave my families but excited to begin a new career somewhere else 🥰🩷🫶
The last 2 weeks will all be about my wee ones and their wishes and most importantly lots of fun!

Just want to share what we are going to be doing this week.. I asked all children and I will try my best to organise as much as I can the next couple of weeks!

Monday AM - playing at coldingham nursery with busy bees .
PM- played at Ayton park then had some putting golf fun in garden.
Tuesday AM- spittal park
PM- crafts & card games
Wed AM- sandy park then big park with footballs in the afternoon.
Thursday- AM- Netherbyers
PM campfire in garden with hot chocolate & toasted marshmallows(Raymond is doing this)

Another busy week…. So much learning as we play!
Had a visit to coldingham busy bees, Eyemouth busy bees lots of outdoor play (in the rain) collecting water filling up emptying, line everything up and rolling water & balls down the guttering! We really enjoyed indoor snow - we keep missing out so we brought it inside ❄️
A big muddy walk around Netherbyers was so much fun!!

First week back after the festive holiday. It’s been busy…. Sticklebricks has been a huge hit this week (new) lots of imagination and then Lisa added pictures to help with more ideas. Enjoyed playing back at busy bees 🐝
We had fun in the garden trying to break the ice to reach the sand and we watched the bin men empty all the bins on Queens Road literally took us 35 mins 😅 then a cold but fun walk around Netherbyers 🥶
