Exmouth academy 'thrilled' with Ofsted feedback Brixington Primary Academy in Exmouth was found to be meeting 'expected standards' under the new inspection framework.

We were delighted to have a celebrated chef cooking food for our families last Friday when the Exeter Chiefs Foundation came to visit. One of our former pupils chatted with him about learning to be a chef!

Our Year 6 children had a brilliant time down at Sideshore for the sea swimming event yesterday. Thank you so much to everyone who helped organise it.

🎶 A Musical Afternoon in EYFS! 🎶
Our EYFS children were delighted to welcome musicians from Exmouth Music Centre today. They had the opportunity to listen to a range of instruments, including the flute, saxophone and clarinet, and learned about the differences between loud and quiet sounds as well as how music can express happy and sad emotions.
The children especially enjoyed hearing familiar tunes, including the Bluey theme tune, Golden, and Steve’s Lava Chicken!

Thank you to Exmouth Community College for hosting our Year 6 children for a science lesson today. It was a great sneak preview of what to expect next year!

Thank you to everyone who helped raise money for Run to Uganda, today. Altogether, we ran well over a thousand times around our school field!
