🧡🖤 Huge congratulations to our Amazing Ladies Masters Crew...🎉🎉 they came 6th out of Group B making them an oarsome 16th out of 29 crews competing... Exmouth Gig Club we are hugely proud of the Ladies Masters... looking forward to fielding crews at Sidmouth Regatta in a few weeks time 🖤🧡

Thank You to the Coxes, Towers who help make this possible... and to the ladies for giving it everything... 💯💫

What a day at Sideshore Saltfest! 🌊 Brilliant to share what Exmouth Gig Club is all about with so many new faces. Lovely to be set up alongside Exmouth Coastguard and Exmouth RNLI too. Huge thanks to everyone who turned out, helped on the day, and cheered us on — you're what makes this club special. 🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️

When the wind and weather get in the way, it’s nice to come together for some phys anyway.

Yesterday morning we joined together to smash out a seasonal circuits session, which included:

-12 days of Fitmass
-followed by a reindeer relay
-and finally the Christmas core crusher!

We even had time for the Sally finisher - IYKYK!

Thanks to Megan Rodgers for organising, Sea Cadets for the use of their room, and to Coached by Nikki - Strength & Fitness, Wellness, Mindset for hosting, and especially big thanks to all who came along 🧡

The coffee after was well deserved - thank you to The Point Exmouth Marina for having us!

A wonderful reminder of what makes our club so special; community, commerarderie and… lunch!

We had a brilliant social row over to Topsham and back yesterday, it was such a lovely way to spend the day enjoying our little corner of the world together.
