Sleep is something I’m truly passionate about and I am really lucky to have turned my passion into a career. The Infant and Child Sleep Consultancy is here for you from start to finish whether you just need a chat or a full package, I am here to help. About me:

I am a mother of 2 very energetic and lively children

I live in a beautiful part of Devon. I work with children from 0 - 7 years old,

helping them and their families get a better night sleep. I help to improve structure, routine and reduce stress leading around sleep and naps. I specialise in Autism and Sleep - I know first hand how tricky this can be and have lots of professional and personal experience in this area - Please do ask if you would like to know more about this. Qualifications/ experience I have;

BA (Hons) , PGCE, QTLS, Certified Sleep Coach, SENCO Award, SEND Awareness Diploma (Level 5) and I have attended many seminars on sleep, Autism and PDA training.
