Last year UK-Chinese trade surpassed £43 billion. With an economy that averaged 10% growth year on year for the last decade, China is now the world’s largest economy according to the IMF. The Prime Minister has acknowledged its importance by announcing that Mandarin will be in the National Curriculum.
