Looking for childcare this summer? There is a range of exciting activities to keep children active, happy and entertained.

This is a challenge for lunch or dinner time! Please can you challenge your child to open packets of raisins, cereal bars etc themselves? If your child usually has a school dinner, please can you challenge your child to cutting up their food themselves? This will help them feel more comfortable and confident in the big new dinner hall they will be using!

We are delighted to share some wonderful news about Daisy, who recently took the brave step of having her hair cut to support the Little Princess Trust.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of family, friends and supporters, Daisy has raised an amazing £1,430, including £500 in matched funding. This incredible achievement is enough to fund two wigs for children and young people who have lost their hair through cancer treatment and other conditions.

Well done, Daisy – what an amazing difference you have made!

A huge congratulations to Cooper, who was recently awarded Beaver of the Year at the 1st Cranbrook Scouts AGM.

This award recognises Cooper's positive attitude, willingness to help others, and reliability whenever he is given a task. Over the past year, he proudly represented his Scout group as the flag holder at the St George's Day Parade and has also achieved his Bronze Scout Award, the highest award that can be earned in Beavers.

Cooper was incredibly proud to receive his award, and everyone at school is very proud of him too. Well done, Cooper – a fantastic achievement!
