Welcome to the University of Exeter Cheerleading, Dance and Gymnastics Club! We are the Exeter Emeralds, a club of 250 men and women with one of the best uniforms on campus! Whether or not you have any previous cheerleading, dance or gymnastics experience, anyone is welcome to come and join us! All three of our sports offer a great way to keep fit, make lots of friends, and have lots of fun at the
same time! Throughout the year we cheerlead at numerous university events (such as the Rugby and Basketball Varsity Games) as well as the Exeter City Football Club, whilst our Competition Cheer Squads compete at regional and national level competitions. We also have four independent dance squads which we take to competitions each year, all with great levels of success. Our gymnastics squad trains weekly and offers the opportunity to compete at BUCS level competitions. There really is something for everyone!
* Competitive Cheerleading Squads (Levels 2 & 3)
* Performance Cheerleading Squads (Rugby/Football/Basketball Varsity Squad & Exeter City FC Squad)
* Cheerleading Stunt Groups
* 4 Dance Squads: Pom, Jazz, Lyrical and Hiphop
* Gymnastics Squad (split into Beginners and Advanced, held at Exeter’s Olympic Gymnastics Club)
