*IMPORTANT EXEQUIZ UPDATE*
Unfortunately this is a sad notice to all ExeQuiz members and friends. You may have noticed a lack of society events being run this term. This is because committee have been very busy with work deadlines and have been unable to run events. As a result of this, we are saddened to say that at our last committee meeting, the committee unanimously decided that they would no longer be able to support the running of the Society.
With this in mind, the committee has spoken with the Guild and agreed that society activity will cease from today with the society falling into dormant status on the 18th April 2022, unless any individuals from our members want to come forward and take on leading the society. There would need to be at least three individuals who step forward and register their interest with the Guild before the 18th April for the society to stay live. If you are interested please email [email protected] directly stating your interest in continuing the Exequiz society.
If no individuals come forward, the society will fall into dormant status. Dormant status means that society is no longer live and has no committee, but it’s resources we be held by the Guild if other students wish to reinstate the society through the SOS process within the next two years.
We are aware that this may be frustrating for those who have brought membership more recently as we have been unable to run much activity this term. Therefore, if you purchased a membership to the society after 1st December 2021 and would like to request a refund, you may also do so by emailing [email protected]..
Thank you for your time and I’m sorry we have not been able to run the activities we had hoped to this year.
