Last week, we teamed up with Devon Plymouth and Torbay Careers Hub to deliver an inspiring three-day work experience programme for students from Exmouth Community College.

Students explored careers with Exeter Aerospace and the NHS before putting their interview skills to the test in a mock interview day, supported by Kelly Barnes from Krispies and Peter Lucas from Lucas Carpenters Ltd.

Alongside hands-on experiences, students developed their confidence through CV writing, job searching, applications and interview skills workshops. Kelly also shared her journey from school student to business owner over lunch, giving students a real insight into where their own careers could take them.
