Do you look autistic?
With World Autism Acceptance Day next week, we’re launching a campaign to showcase the often underrepresented voices in the autistic community.
For too long, autistic people have been told, “But you don’t look autistic,” and this is especially true for those in minority groups. We want to challenge these stereotypes and highlight the beautiful diversity of the autistic community. If you feel underrepresented in the way autism is portrayed, we’d love to feature you.
All we need is your name, photo, and permission to use them in the campaign emailed to [email protected]. We’ll be sharing it online and with mainstream media for wider recognition.
Know someone who’d be a great fit? Let us know!
Thanks for reading, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

So, we asked AI to generate an image of an autistic person...
Can you guess what it came back with?
A geeky-looking white boy of about 11, wearing glasses.
We shouldn’t have been surprised, but it really hit home how far we still have to go in representing the diversity of faces within the neurodivergent community.
Here’s the thing: 50% of our team is neurodivergent. And guess what? Not one of us is an 11-year-old boy.
This week, as part of Neurodiversity Celebration Week we’re proudly showcasing some of the incredible neurodivergent talent in our company.
Over the next few days, expect some shameless self-promotion because we think our team is amazing, and we want to inspire *you* to hire more autistic and ADHD talent too.
Sure, working with us might mean thinking a little differently, but trust us, we’re worth it 💅
Give us a like if:
👀 You’ve ever been told you don’t “look” like you're ADHD or autistic.
🧠 You believe in the power of hiring neurodivergent people.
