I hope you have all had a wonderful Xmas and a great start to the New Year. Our French and Spanish conversation groups will resume next week, with 3 different options:
- Tuesday evenings: French conversation from 19.00 till 20.30
- Wednesday mornings: Spanish conversation from 10.00 till 11.30
- Friday lunctimes: French conversation from 12.00 till 13.30
all at the Riverside Community Centre in Bovey Tracey!
If you have not joined us yet, I do look forwad to meeting you on any of those days!

Although our Chudleigh group did not go ahead, I still have some spaces in my French conversation group on Fridays, and that runs from 12.00 till 13.30 at the Riverside Community Centre in Bovey.

Other that that, I shall be starting a new evening group for French Conversation from Tuesday 07th January still at the Riverside Community Centre in Bovey and that will run from 19.00 till 20.30. Do drop me a message or text and join us for a 90-minute of conversation practise! All levels welcome as you will soon find we all learn from each other! A très bientôt!

I still have some room in the French Language Conversation group running every Friday at the Riverside Community Centre in Bovey Tracey, from 12.00 till 13.30 so do join us if you can! This is a very friendly small group and we discussed all sorts of topics in a relaxed atmosphere. So if you fancy a little me time and peace and quiet in your hectic day perhaps, while exercising your brain, do reach out! Now, take a deep breath... and just imagine where language coaching could take you!

Do join us on Wednesdays from 10.00 till 11.30 (for Spanish) and / or on Fridays from 12.00 till 13.30 (for French) at the Riverside Community Centre in Bovey for fun, informal and very friendly conversations in your preferred language! It is great exercise for the brain, helps build up your cognitive reserve and is a great way to make new friends!

NEW FRENCH CONVERSATION EVENING GROUP IN CHUDLEIGH FROM 28TH OCTOBER!

Bonjour !

I am delighted to let you know that a new French Conversation group will start in Chudleigh in the evening from Monday 28th October.
Sessions will be held at Chudleigh Library, from 19.00, till 20.30 every Monday.
The focus will be on communicating in the language and develop fluency around participants' topics of interest.
I try to keep groups fairly small to give everybody the best opportunity to speak so 4 to 6 participants is what I would be aiming for.

So, if you fancy meeting making new friends, trying something different and exercising your brain,as languages have been proven to help create a cognitive reserve which supports brain health, do join us on Monday 28th at 19.00 "pour parler français !"

I still have some room for the French Bovey group which will run at the Riverside Community Centre every Friday from 12.00 till 13.30, starting this Friday 18th October if you prefer a daytime session!

I will be delighted to welcome students to our new Spanish conversation group tomorrow, Wednesday 16th October at the Riverside Community Centre in Bovey Tracey, at 10.00.

Please enter the Centre through the back (Council offices entrance) and I'll come and take you to our learning space. (Please ignore my initial info about accessing via the Centre front / Library entrance as the Centre is closed to the public on Wednesdays and there will be no access via the front. Thank you for your understanding.

It is such fun to speak a (new) language, different from our dominant language, and also such a great neurobic exercise!
A great practice if you wish to keep those brain cells younger and healthier for longer!
But besides being good for our brain health, speaking a new language will also give your mouth a tremendous workout!
It is also a great way to make new friends in different parts of the world as you will be able to communicate better and build confidence abroad. Languages help open a window onto the world out there and enable us to better appreciate cultural intricacies.

Can't wait to help you dive into this amazing adventure!

¡Buenas tardes!
I am delighted to introduce you to our new language conversation group which will be starting at Bovey Tracey Library or Riverside Community Centre as it is known now on Wednesday 16th October at 10.00!
The focus will be on on communication and on the conversational side of things. I will be running a small group of 4 to 6 people to give everybody a chance to express themselves as much as possible in the language.
There will be 1.5-hour weekly sessions and I'll also provide you with written materials to support your learning in between sessions.
