👋 After seeing positive behaviour management strategies modelled at Hazeldown Primary, our trainees had the chance to put their learning into practice with a day of deliberate practice of pivotal teaching techniques.

A really valuable opportunity to practice, reflect and build confidence before taking these techniques back into the classroom.

Our trainees visited Hazeldown Primary School, where they had the chance to see some brilliant teaching in action and focus on positive behaviour management strategies in the classroom.

👩‍🏫 Supporting our mentors across Devon!

A fantastic couple of days of mentor training at our Exeter and North Devon hubs…

On Wednesday, our Exeter and Plymouth mentors explored deliberate practice, with teaching techniques modelled by Penny and Sara.

Yesterday, we continued the training with our North Devon mentors at East-the-Water Primary.

A huge thank you to all our mentors for their enthusiasm, engagement and continued support of our trainee teachers!
