As you settle into Uni life at Exeter we know it has been a really busy time - but there is one thing you really should do soon, and that's register with a local health centre or doctor's surgery.

All of our health centres have doctors and nurse practitioners who can help with medical problems as well as those related to University life, including exam stress, change in lifestyle etc.

🏠Work out how much you need for all your essential costs, such as rent and your phone bill – make sure you can pay these first.
🎓Next how much do you need to live and study?
⚖️Then look at what’s left for other things you want to do, and balance what you can afford.
