Today on International Women’s Day I want to take a moment to recognise and celebrate the incredible women who help lead Team Fear every single week.

As Head of Team Fear, I feel truly privileged to have such an outstanding group of female instructors within our team. Master Jaime Day, Miss Lucy G, Miss Claire, Miss Lucy J, Miss Karen and Miss Ruby lead classes with professionalism, dedication and genuine passion for helping others grow through martial arts.

They are not only exceptional instructors, but also powerful role models for all of our students. Their leadership, confidence and commitment inspire everyone on the mat – but their impact on our younger students, especially the girls who look up to them, is something truly special. They show every student that strength, discipline and kindness go hand in hand.

I would also like to recognise our fantastic female assistants, who support classes and continue to lead by example. The future of Team Fear is bright because of the example you set.

To each of you – thank you for your hard work, your positivity and the energy you bring to our team. Our students are incredibly lucky to learn from you, and I am proud to have you representing Team Fear.
