A big big thank you to everyone involved in our school community this year - pupils, families and staff!

We finished our day with our 'Praise' tunnel to give our departing year 6s a proper send off. Thank to everyone who stayed behind to attend this.

Last night, our ACE trust held a 'Night at the Movies' performance where our Devon schools came together to share their performances with a theme on movies.

Our Trinity team performed an excellent performance showing 'A Journey Through Cinema' - starting with miming, signing in the rain, James Bond's Skyfall and ending with Encanto's 'We don't talk about Bruno.

From rehearsals to two live performances, they showed confidence, courage and represented our school and trust fantastically!

Key Stage 2 SATs results were released on Thursday last week and we are pleased to share how Trinity pupils achieved.

We are proud of how hard our pupils have worked over their school years, achieving considerably above national average across reading, writing and maths.

🌈🌈 Year 6 Production 🌈🌈

Wow, wow, wow! All of the hard work and rehearsals were put into action through the year 6 production of 'Joseph and his technicolour dreamcoat'.

Amazing singing, confident voices and expressions and great choreography! We couldn't be prouder!

Productions like this don't happen over night. They take time, planning and commitment from everyone involved.

A huge thank you to the staff involved, Katie (our amazing dance specialist), our families for their support with clothing and home practice and Isca Academy for allowing us to rehearse and perform our production at their school.

🥇🏆Trinity are ACE OLYMPIC CHAMPIONS🏆🥇

Today, alongside 20 schools across our trust, a group of Trinity pupils took part in the annual ACE Olympics. Events included sprint races, javelin, long jump, relay races and more.

Across all the events, Trinity received the most points to retain the Olympic shield and be crowned champions.

In school, we talk a lot about characteristics such as determination, courage and compassion and they were shown in abundance today. If a pupil tripped, they got up and finished the race. If a pupil came 2nd, they shook the winner's hand. If a team mate didn't win, they were consoled by their peers.

An excellent effort by everyone! Well done!

📒📕 Year 3 Booknic📗📘

Year 3 classes took to the outdoors for a 'Booknic' this morning. Children found spaces around the grounds with a blanket, snacks and good book! They spent time reading and discussing their books with each other.

To end, they were treated to a story led by Mrs Cowling - our wonderful library volunteer!

Year 2 had a wonderful day at Paignton Zoo this week where they had workshops linked to their science learning enquiry and saw a range of animals.
