It's Secondary School National Offer Day!
There's a level of excitement in Year 6 today as the children share the news with their friends about where they will be going for the next stage of their educational journey.
We are really looking forward to working with secondary schools to ensure a smooth and purposeful transition for our pupils.
Over the next 5 months we'll be working hard to ensure that our Year 6's feel prepared and empowered to start high school. Saying goodbye is an important part of transition and we can't wait for all the events leading up to their final day with us, where we get to celebrate them and their many achievements.

πThis afternoon our amazing team of Mental Health Ambassadors from Year 5 and 6 delivered a whole school assembly for Children's Mental Health Week.
They explained to the whole school the πeasy ways we can all look after our mental health.
After practicing some deep breathing, stretching and smiling at our friends we finished with a great big sing and dance to 'Happy'. πΆ
Don't forget it's non uniform on Friday - we are encouraging children to wear clothes that make them feel good. Donations welcome to support the purchase of resources to support children's mental health at Trinity.

π§ This week is Children's Mental Health week and alongside Place2Be's theme "In our place", we will be exploring what belonging means to the children at Trinity.
Tomorrow our team of Mental Health Ambassadors will be delivering a whole school assembly to their peers on how to take care of our mental health. π
π«On Friday, we invite all children to come to school in their favourite clothes - that make them feel good. We'll be raising money for resources in school that can benefit children's mental health.

Some of our Year 6 boys were in action last night at the Exeter Primary Football League. We played two fixtures with a victory in both - placing Trinity at the top of their league at this stage.
The quality of football on show was exemplary but it was the encouragement to each other, the respect shown through hand shakes after the game, the determination to be the best they could be that shone on the night.
