Tomorrow is Exeter's Clean Air Day and so we're asking everyone to make one small change to their usual journey in the city.
• Save money on everyday journeys: Leaving the car at home for short trips under a mile can help reduce fuel costs and make day-to-day travel more affordable
• Support your long-term health: Regular walking or cycling can help reduce the risk of long-term conditions, improve fitness and support an active lifestyle for years to come
• Reduce your exposure to pollution: Studies show that people can experience higher levels of air pollution inside vehicles in traffic than when walking or cycling nearby
• Boost your wellbeing: Even a short walk or time spent outdoors can help reduce stress and improve your mood
