We’re proud to be supporting the first-ever Exmouth Pride March on Saturday 20 June.

At CrossFit Pi, we believe everyone deserves to feel welcome, valued, and able to be themselves. Pride is a celebration of inclusion, community, and acceptance…values that matter both inside and outside the gym.

🏉 GIRLS RUGBY PRESEASON STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 🏉

We’re excited to be launching a brand new preseason programme for female rugby players aged U12 - U18.

Designed and coached by rugby players and strength & conditioning coaches Mathilda Ryall and Bea Hooper, this programme is built to help young athletes head into the season stronger, fitter, more confident and more resilient.

Over 6 - 8 weeks we’ll focus on:

✅ Strength and power development
✅ Speed, agility and athleticism
✅ Injury prevention
✅ Physical robustness for rugby
✅ Movement quality and confidence
✅ Rugby specific physical preparation

Whether you’re new to rugby or already playing at a high level, the programme will be tailored to help you perform at your best this season.

Sessions will take place at CrossFit Pi using our full gym facilities in a supportive environment designed to help young female athletes thrive.
