We as a profession are at a cross roads right now and the public are analysing us more than ever! With a positive experience they will understand the value of what you can offer. With a bad experience we would’ve damaged the public faith in the profession even more. It’s imperative that we as a profession show the public what we can offer without the constraints of the current nhs so they can see the actual true value of dentistry.

As chair of the BDA Western Counties and founder of the Young Dentist Group South West 8 years ago I’ve been mentoring young associates into private practice for many years and founded Private Dental Mentor (PDM) last year for this exact purpose. This is about more than just a course for me but about investing in the future generations to help elevate UK Dentistry to a higher level over the next few years and show the public just how good private dentistry can be if done well.

Our 2 Day Level Up for Private Practice course is a superb 2 day weekend programme to give associates and new private practice entry dentists a huge boost with all the basic skills we need them to know before they start at our practices and is very reasonably priced too.
