Instruckt is growing, and we're looking for a Forklift Instructor to join our Exeter team.

In this role you will:

✔ Deliver practical and theory forklift training to individuals and company groups

✔ Assess trainees and issue certification to the highest standard

✔ Keep accurate training records and support our yearly reviews
What we're looking for:

✔ A recognised forklift instructor qualification, or the experience to work towards one

✔ Proven forklift operating experience

✔ A confident communicator with a safety-first attitude

INSTRUCKT Training Services is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced LGV Instructor with C+E to join our team on a full-time basis.

We’re not looking for someone who simply teaches people to pass a test.

We’re looking for an instructor who wants to build confident, competent and professional drivers and become an important part of a growing training business.

We’re looking for professional, reliable instructors who are passionate about delivering high-quality, practical training.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Accredited Forklift Instructor
✅ Experience delivering Counterbalance training
✅ Additional categories such as Reach, Pivot Steer, Telehandler or Side Loader would be a huge advantage
✅ Strong communication and people skills
✅ Professional and confident with customers
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Willingness to travel across Devon and the wider South West
