Are we just asking too much of our children these days before they've had time to just be and feel who they really are? Being still, feeling that sense of who I am and learning to feel emotions fully in the body as well as the mind is what we do. The results are awesome. And children come back to me years later and say things like, 'You know that thing you taught me Miss, I still do it!' Utter joy and gratitude that I'm able to help in a small way.
