Based in the same building as our Sowton nursery, we’ve just recently opened a brand-new training room for all our apprentices to learn in and enjoy.

We are incredibly proud to share that Ashleigh has been shortlisted for the National Day Nurseries Association Apprentice of the Year Award, which is being held this evening.

Ashleigh joined us as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprentice, working across two Puffins of Exeter nurseries and supporting other settings whenever needed. Through hard work, dedication, and a real passion for childcare, Ashleigh successfully achieved her Level 2 apprenticeship in April 2025 🎉

Not stopping there, Ashleigh has now progressed onto her Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship, continuing to grow her skills and knowledge within early years education. Ashleigh has only a few more months to go before finishing her Level 3. She is a wonderful support to other apprentices working towards their own qualifications!
