These exact tool’s in your balanced diet should be these above,but its also ok to smash into a chocolate bar or even crisp’s or if you have a sweet tooth sugar coats sweet’s.

People look at the context of the food and what it is,sometimes its easier to think if the calories fit with your calories deficit and your energy expenditure is high its likely your on course to getting a good result.

Having a gym is routine to supposedly “lose weight”

Imagine this…..

If everyone person whose goal was to LoSe WeIghT,but attending the gym for how many times they were scheduled in each week each of those individual’s would of hit there goal quickly quite considerably fast right?

But if,only these were listed were being ticked off ✅

Step goal (daily)

Protein goal (daily)

Calorie tracking (keep’s you accountable)
But its boring and time consuming

But no gym isn’t a place to lose weight right?

This is because in order to lose weight,I’ll simplify it….

Our body are a constant energy burning system,we require different energy amount being calories and in sectors such as

Maintaining
Surplus and
Deficit

So just to stay alive we hover around the maintenance
Bracket.so even you didn’t have a gym routine but turned up and your in a maintenance bracket or higher its likely no one needs a gym routine to lose weight.

The goal would likely be to keep fit and healthy/build strength.

Losing weight all starts with entering a deficit.

The gym is a place of greater resistance either weight’s or muscular endurance.you burn more calories at a greater intensity.

A routine just keeps you accountable.

How many times have you felt like you need a reward for the session you have just completed?

It’s obvious our body’s need replenishment,but…..

Don’t ever think,you go to the gym to earn your calories,you attend your session to….

Maintain or increase your strength

Maintain your mental/physical well being

Keep physically active

De-stress from society

Etc

Burning calorie’s with every footstep 🦶🔥

I expect your thinking the same as me aren’t you?

Over Christmas neither of us expected to gain an lb or 2 nor did we expect the snow to turn up twice with in 3 three apart.

But guess what? Both occurrences happened.

Finding a solution to the problem’s is hard on the fore front of our mind’s.

Often starts like…..

How do i ?

What shall i do?

With the snow you’d either go out and get stone bo***ck cold and make a tit of your self and skidding down the road,or spend the rest of the day with a snow shovel digging some one out of a ditch?

With that extra lb you can either keep it to survive winter or slowly find a way to shave some off over a period of time.

So here i am

Out in the snow,skidding down the road AND SHAVING OFF THAT EXTRA LB
