πŸ’œ Quality, consistent care – That’s what we do πŸ’œ

We believe great care starts with one simple thing: getting to know the person.
We don’t believe care should feel rushed, impersonal, or like a different face at the door every time.

✨ What we do:

πŸ’œ Help you find the right Personal Assistant to suit your needs and personality
🀝 Support meaningful relationships built on trust and familiarity
🏑 Provide care that fits around your life, routines, and choices
🌿 Focus on your independence, wellbeing, and what matters to you
πŸ’¬ Listen, understand, and support you as an individual

🚫 What we don’t do:

❌ Treat people like a list of tasks
❌ Believe one-size-fits-all care works for everyone
❌ Send different and unfamiliar faces into your home
❌ Take away your choices or independence

Good care is personal.

It’s about having someone who knows you, understands you, and supports you to live life your way.

πŸ’œ Quality care. Consistent support. Real relationships. That’s what we do.

πŸŒΏβ˜€οΈ Enjoy summer activities at your own pace β˜€οΈπŸŒΏ

Summer is a great time to slow down, try something creative, and enjoy activities that make you feel good.

If you need a little extra support, a Personal Assistant (PA) can help you take part in low-impact activities and hobbies that you enjoy.

A PA can support you by:
πŸ’œ Setting up activities at home
🎨 Joining in and providing company
πŸš— Taking you to local groups and craft sessions
🌸 Helping you get outdoors safely
β˜• Enjoying a relaxing chat and a cuppa while you take part

Summer activity ideas could include:
🌻 Planting flowers or creating a small garden pot
🎨 Painting, colouring, or crafts
🧩 Puzzles, card games, or board games
πŸ“Έ Creating a summer scrapbook or photo album
🌸 Flower arranging or pressing flowers
🧢 Knitting, crochet, or other hobbies
πŸ“š Reading outdoors or visiting the library

You don’t have to do big activities to enjoy the benefits – small moments of creativity, fresh air, and companionship can make a big difference to your wellbeing.

πŸ’œ With the right support, you can keep doing the things you love, in a way that works for you.

Sixty years on... what happened to England's 1966 World Cup heroes? 30/07/2026

Thank you to our colleagues in Herts for sharing this fascinating article. How many of the 1966 England World Cup squad do you think went on to contract dementia or Alzheimer's?

If you, or someone you love is also affected by dementia or Alzheimer's, we can help!

Home is where the heart is. πŸ’œπŸ‘

For many people, staying at home surrounded by familiar comforts, treasured memories, favourite routines, and the people they love is incredibly important. From your favourite chair, to family photos on the wall, to simply sleeping in your own bed - home brings reassurance, comfort, and a sense of peace that can’t easily be replaced.
Unless medical needs mean otherwise, keeping a loved one safely and happily at home is often the top priority for families.

A Personal Support Assistant from can help make that possible by providing support tailored to everyday life at home. Whether it’s help with routines, companionship, meals, appointments, or simply being there for reassurance, the right support can help someone remain independent in the place they feel most comfortable.

πŸ’œ The difference a familiar face can make πŸ’œ

Having the same Personal Assistant (PA) regularly can make a big difference.

For many people, knowing who is coming to support them brings comfort, confidence, and a sense of security.

A regular PA can:
🌿 Understand your routines and preferences
πŸ’¬ Learn how you like to communicate
🀝 Build trust and a meaningful relationship
πŸ—“οΈ Help you feel prepared and supported through changes
🏑 Provide reassurance at home and when out in the community

Consistency can be especially important for some people who find changes, new environments, or unfamiliar situations challenging – including some neurodivergent people.

But everyone is different. The right support is about getting to know the person, respecting their choices, and providing care that works for them.

πŸ’œ Great care starts with trust, understanding, and a relationship that grows over time.

Stay safe this summerβ˜€οΈ

As the weather warms up, protecting your skin and staying safe in the sun becomes even more important - especially for older adults, people with health conditions, and anyone who spends time outdoors.

We've put together a list of simple ways to stay safe this summer:

🍢 Use sunscreen
Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen and reapply regularly, especially after sweating or being outdoors for a while.

πŸ•ΆοΈCover up
Wear lightweight long sleeves, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses to reduce sun exposure.

πŸ–οΈ Seek shade
Try to avoid direct sunlight during the hottest part of the day and spend time in shaded areas when possible.

🚰 Stay hydrated
Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty.

Outing times
Plan outings around cooler times of day avoiding the hottest part between 11am - 4pm

πŸ₯΅Watch for signs of overheating
Keep an eye out for dizziness, headaches, excessive sweating, confusion, or unusual tiredness, and seek medical advice if you’re concerned.

A little preparation can make a big difference in staying safe and comfortable while enjoying the summer. πŸ’œ
