Today we are at Lady's Mile Holiday Park assessing some Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Pool Lifeguards for their renewal exam.

2 x years of ongoing training, competency and assessment prepares them for their renewal exam every 2 x years so they should be prepared and ready for all eventualities.

Well done to both Caitlin and Amy today for passing their assessment and are now qualified for another 2 years!

What an incredible couple of days we have had!

Running two courses at the same time is always tough to manage but we did it with style!

Both courses were Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK National Rescue Awards for Swimming Teachers & Coaches with one being at Wellington School for the 8 x staff and the other being held at Blackbrook Leisure Centre for 5 x candidates!

Everyone passed with flying colours and it was a pleasure to train each and everyone of you. Jim & Kirsty had nothing but praise for all the candidates over the last two days 👏🏻

Tonight we were back at Brean Splash Water Park delivering another Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK staff training session.

The theme is spinal this month, with emphasis on wet and dryside techniques, including usage of the Ferno PXB in the water, for both conscious and unconscious casualties and the unconscious casualty on the land, including the new Resuscitation Council UK 2026 update guidance with Jaw thrust technique.

And for the second time this week - another course ended!

This time, 7 x candidates have successfully finished their Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification with First Aid at Work, Anaphylaxis Management, AED & PXB add-on qualifications!

What an eventful week, we are so pleased and proud of all our candidates that have passed!

What a great few days it has been and we have loved every second of it!

We have looked over policies, procedures, plant operations and compliance with regulations and acts that govern our industry - all within our simple report writing analysis and completed within 48 hours!

Now back in the hands of our client, they have the knowledge and the ability to see where they sit within their remit and responsibilities and can make the changed required that they may not have known beforehand!

An incredible week down at Haulfryn Praa Sands for the course, where we have shared laughs and moments that I am sure we will all remember.

Now the hard work starts with the beginning of these guys lifeguarding careers!

We really enjoyed being down at Freshwater Beach Holiday Park last week delivering another Pool Plant Operations course for the team.

Learning about chemicals, breakpoint chlorination, pH, water balance testing and microbiological amongst many other aspects.

Well done to everyone on the course we hope you enjoyed the content and delivery!

Today we are at Ware Priory Lido mentoring a Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Probationary First Aid trainer for the first programme delivery!
