Week 5 of the Empowerment Course for people impacted by domestic abuse.
We cover anger today, recognising that people switch this off believing it is negative, but recognising anger as an emotion that needs to be processed in a healthy way to prevent violence is so important. Thank you for providing a safe space to provide our empowerment course.
