🎉 And just like that, the 2025/26 school year has come to an end!

What an incredible year it’s been! From exciting school trips and special events to brilliant learning opportunities, it’s been a year full of achievement and unforgettable memories. Every child has worked hard, embraced new opportunities and made us incredibly proud.

🎓 To our fantastic Year 6s - we wish you all the very best as you head off to secondary school! It’s been a privilege to watch you grow and we’ll miss you all.

📖 To our new Reception children - we can’t wait to welcome you to the Willowbrook family as you begin your exciting school journey with us!

What a fantastic evening our Year 4 children had at their camp out on the field last night! ⛺

The evening began with a range of outdoor activities, giving everyone the chance to have fun, work together and make lots of happy memories. After that, the children headed into the hall to relax and enjoy a film before settling down for the night in their tents on the school field.

There was also a very special surprise as the children took the opportunity to say a heartfelt goodbye to Miss Ramsdale. It was a lovely moment and a wonderful way to thank her for all she has done and wish her the very best for the future.

A huge thank you to all the staff who helped make the evening such a success. We have a feeling everyone will sleep well tonight! 💤

On Friday evening, some of our choir children had the amazing opportunity to attend the Cathedral and take part in the recording of "Rise Up", an exciting charity single with Teachers Rock.

The children represented the school brilliantly, singing with enthusiasm and confidence as they joined other young performers for this very special project. It was a memorable experience for everyone involved and a fantastic opportunity to support a worthwhile cause through music.

We are incredibly proud of all the children who took part and can't wait to hear the finished recording! Thank you to all the parents who came along to take part at the end, it was lovely to see so much support!

Year 4 had the best day at Wildwood last week! The children loved seeing the animals and really threw themselves into the Anglo-Saxon village workshop, bringing their learning to life. It was a fantastic day filled with discovery, enthusiasm and fun! 🐻🛖
