we are currently running two types of sessions, the first being a nurture group and secondly focused bush craft and land craft sessions. I have studied outdoor education at Bicton college, south Devon and Exeter(haven banks). with 11 years of outdoor experience starting from school. from being part of ten tors team right up to now were I primarily run buscraft and landcraft, most resent of which was with the stienier academy inwhich I ran wood work, green woodwork, metal work, gardening, food production, bushcraft and forest school with a wide range of ages and mindsets. A large part of what we do is to give a sense of community, a place were all can be welcomed and accepted. we consider our participants and family's to be part of the clan helping to develop and flourish. we also like to offer participants a chance to take part by offering a help out to learn, this means if a person is not able to access our activity's we ask if you could help out by volunteer to help on projects and land management. this can include helping clearing areas for use, constructing useful equipment (such as saw horses/ shave horses and much more) or by sharing skills tho participants in the form of workshops. we run small focused groups of up to 11 participants we cater for ages from 7 to 18 with activitys being tailered to the groups needs. at present we run a few types of sessions, the first being nurture groups and consist of participant lead activitys, this can include narrative play, self development and adventure. the second type of session is more focused based this will include landcraft (permaculture and greenwood work) and bushcraft (survival and woodland living) these sessions will consist of learning about use of land and natural martials, we also offer one to one education, during your time with us we shall show you practical skills, team skills and wellbeing, outdoor education and the skills of our ancestors. pricing.
