Dance society members are invited to join a run led by !!! 💗✨ The end of term can be stressful, so come reset with a 5k run for any level!!! You can go at your own pace so no need to be speedy whatsoever

This week is eating disorder awareness week, and it is important we have these difficult conversations to reduce stigma ✨💜 I hope this post teaches you a little about how you can help someone who is struggling, or gives you some contacts to use should you be struggling yourself xx

It’s nearly time to elect your new Dance Society Committee for 26/27!! 🌟🌟🌟
We will be holding an AGM Coach Q&A in the Ram (Streatham Campus) next Wednesday 1-3pm! There we will be answering ANY questions you may have about applying, the roles themselves, and what it’s like being on EUDS committee 🥰
On Friday 13th March 4-7pm (lyrical 10-11am), the coach auditions will take place! 💚
In our link tree on Monday we will have a ‘Dance Coach AGM’ google doc explaining the process and all of the coach roles on offer, so you can decide which you’d like to go for!

This eating disorder awareness week, and I want to bring you a wellness focussed dance fit session!!
Come and enjoy some self-affirmations and yoga/gentle stretching alongside some of Em’s normal dance fit activities! AND you get to leave with a herbal tea bag ☕️☕️☕️☕️💗💗💗

Whether you're an advanced dancer with years of experience, just like dancing for fun, or want to try something completely new, our dance society is one of the most welcoming, friendliest and fun societies on Exeter campus!
Keep your eyes glued on this page throughout the year - we'll be posting our class schedules, information about auditions for our Performance and Competition Teams, workshops with professional dancers, stash, and, of course, all of our great socials!
All our lovely committee members are more than willing to answer any questions you have and would love to hear from you, so feel free to contact any of us over the course of the year.
