🥊 TAGB Sparring Workshops – Not Long To Go! 🥊
Only a couple of weeks until the first of our summer Sparring Workshops gets underway!
Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, sharpen your sparring skills, gain confidence, or prepare for upcoming competitions, these sessions are for you.
Over the three evenings we’ll be covering:
✅ Sparring fitness and conditioning
✅ Stretching and mobility
✅ Pad drills and combinations
✅ Ringcraft and tactics
✅ Sparring scenarios
✅ Live sparring rounds
✅ Competition tips and coaching

All TAGB grades are welcome, from beginners wanting to build confidence through to experienced competitors looking to raise their game.
