Despite the heat 🥵 Pebworth welcomed our new students today!

Our new starters had a brilliant morning with Mrs K in Acorn classroom while the rest of the school 'moved up' for the day.

One of the best bits of transition day is our well known TEDDY BEARS' PICNIC. Usually we hold this outside, but today we gathered the whole school in the hall (where it was a little cooler!) and shared our lunches with children's favourite teddies 🧸

This afternoon we welcomed some of our preschoolers who are joining us in September. The atmosphere in Acorn class was fantastic and fun. We are so excited to welcome you again next week for our Teddy Bear's picnic!

Year 1 and 2 have been working with Miss W on their independent writing. Some brilliant descriptive pieces with well chosen adjectives. Fantastic!

Oak class have been working on their self portrait skills with Mrs M. They were incredibly proud of their masterpieces and I am too!

Today has been a day to celebrate! 👏🎊

Jackson and Florence were our Values Award winners for showing Aspiration and Respect in they do. 😊

Evie is our first Lunch Hall Hero winner for all she does at lunchtime to help others. 🍽

Olive shared a certificate that she was awarded out of school for swimming success. 🏊‍♀️

We love to share pupils' achievements so please share their successes out of school so we can celebrate with you!

As well as certificates, we also Award Dojo badges for acknowledging the rising number of points our children earn. Here is Oakley showing how pleased he is with his badge!

This morning we hosted lots of families for our first Remarkable Reading session📚
It was lovely to see our children sharing their reading skills with their loved ones. ♥️
