To celebrate European Day of Languages, Miss M came to visit from Blackminster Middle School for the afternoon.

Oak class worked hard in groups to develop their Spanish vocabulary whilst Acorn and Saplings learnt colours and ended the day with an English and Spanish story time.

The children made me very proud to see their enthusiasm and excitement in their sessions. They were hanging off Miss M's every word during storyline!

Well done Mrs R!

Congratulations to Mrs Roberts on the award of the National Professional Qualification in Leading Teaching.

The NPQLT is an evidence-informed specialist qualification in England for teachers who lead or aspire to lead teaching in a subject, year group, key stage, or phase.

This qualification demonstrates Mrs R's commitment to continuous improvement of teaching in our schools - our students (and those at Pebworth!) are lucky to have her.

Congratulations, Mrs B!

We love to celebrate the achievements of our students, but right now I want to send a HUGE WELL DONE to Mrs Baldwin who has been awarded the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).

Well done Mrs B - a genuinely impressive qualification that recognises your leadership!

Today was our annual sports day. The weather was glorious and we welcomed a number of families to cheer along the pupils. It was fantastic with a great range of activities and a supportive atmosphere.

Mrs R and Mr D, along with some utterly brilliant young leaders, came from Blackminster Middle School to help run the day. The Year 8s were so friendly to our pupils and helped the events run smoothly.

It was a close call at the end but WATER were victorious and won the day.

Well done to all our amazing children; thank you to the families for joining us; thank you to the staff for all of the arrangements. And, a final THANK YOU to our brilliant PTFA for arranging the much needed ice creams at the end!
